Mystic Aquarium with Papa

Papa took a day off to spend with us at Mystic Aquarium and we all had a blast. Here the girls are touching the sting rays.

After eating our turkey we all went for a walk to Never's Park to the playground, the girls had a great time!

We were hit with Winter Storm Alfred right before Halloween this year and therefore Halloween got cancelled. The girls wore their costumes to stay warm as we were without power for 8 days and trick or treated inside for special toddler treats! Then we got together with Grammy, Papa and Tita for dinner! It wasn't the most perfect Halloween but everyone had a great time and we were all together which is what's important.

Our lil monsters

We visited the nurses of the NICU at Hartford Hospital and North 8 (where I spent my long stay in 2009) in costume. Courtney was Cookie Monster and Bella was Elmo. We brought homemade baked goods and candy for the nurses and everyone took lots of pictures. The girls even visited a patient and brought a smile to her face.

The girls getting ready to slide! We went to Foster Farm in South Windsor with Papa, Tita, Andrew and Josh. It was an unseasonably warm day and sunny, the girls had a great time!
