I spent 48 days in the hospital including the recovery time for our scheduled c-section, was on a strict diabetic diet, and had insulin, was monitored three times daily for an hour each, but the outcome was two healthy beautiful girls and every minute of it was worth it to keep them safe and inside as long as possible. These pictures are from 31 wks and 4 days, so almost to the delivery.
