Why the Blog?

I'm creating this blog as it nears Courtney and Bella's 2nd Birthday to look back as what began this amazing journey and to share current pictures with family and friends who can't see the girls every week!  Our lives changed in so many ways when we found out we were expecting not just one, but two bundles of joy!  We found out the day before Mother's Day in 2009, and it's been a crazy but wonderful ride since.  We are thankful every day for the amazing staff at Hartford Hospital that got us through my incredibly long hospital "vacation" and 3 wks in the NICU.  And we're thankful every day for our wonderful support system, family and friends!
